AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: All Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post. Shipping is a flat rate of $18.00 for Express Post Track/Signature or standard shipping with signature is $14.00

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are shipped with Australia Post ‘ Standard Post’ . International shipping is charged at the following rates, including multiple purchases. A $5.00 handling fee is also applicable to international orders.
Customers are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

United States/Canada: $45 AUD
China/Hong Kong/Singapore: $40 AUD

Most of the items for sale by Tortoni Bijoux are pre-loved. We are committed to quality, value and service and endeavour to make the product descriptions as clear as possible so you can buy with confidence.

Note: Some designer jewellery sold by Tortoni Bijoux are recommended retail prices however some items may be priced higher than the original retail price due to their vintage & rarity - Vintage, limited edition, or special order items may exceed comparable current retail prices because of their market rarity.
We do not allow returns for change of mind. As soon as your parcel leaves Australia, we are not liable for it. In any case that something goes wrong when the parcel has left us, we will try our very best to assist you on our end and co-operate as much as we can.
